In certain cases of frustrating multiple unsuccessful IVF attempts, which were discussed in a separate section, a major reason is inadequate increase, inappropriate appearance and inadequate embryo receptivity.
To embryo testing and preparing for a successful implantation we dedicate a lot of attention, and in its assessment we use the most advanced ultrasound, endoscopic and genetic procedures (see hysteroscopy, ERA).
However, in certain situations endometrial receptivity and its appearance are unsatisfactory. Then we use variety of the latest methods of treating of infertility, for which it is proven it can improve the quality of the endometrium, its thickness, and susceptibility to embryos and eventually allow greater chance of success - i.e. pregnancy.
In addition to hysteroscopy, lepkaza emrbione, in everyday work we successfully use new methods of inserting the appropriate growth factor in endometrium, prior to embryo transfer procedure, and for which the first studies indicate that lead to improved endometrial receptivity and greater chances of pregnancy.
The development of the endometrium to the stage when is able to receive the embryo is a delicate molecular process determined by number of genetic and other factors, and certain substances, molecules, known as growth factors, which are scientifically discovered in the near future, play a crucial role in this process.
These growth factors are made by certain recombinant techniques (such as GM CSF), but also the most modern techniques of extraction of monocyte growth factor - blood cells of the patient, using sophisticated laboratory procedures, for which our embryological team is trained in leading clinics.
These growth factors that are injected into the interior of the uterus according to a special protocol, lead to the better development of embryos, especially are suitable for the state of "thin" endometrium which is a common problem for failure of an IVF cycle, and in certain indications increase the chances of success.
In the presence of high-quality embryos, even at the stage of blastocyst, the success is around 50% in the best clinics, in spite of chro-
mosomal abnormalities of the embryo, in a number od cases a disorder of the process of hatching(hatching) of embryos is mentioned
as the reason for the failure.
